Registration Now Open for 2026 First-Time Futsal Referee Course-Oahu

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for another 2026 First-Time Futsal Referee Course – Oahu for first-time futsal referees or former futsal referees who have not recertified for 3+ years.

Note: Successful completion of this class will allow you to be assigned to futsal games immediately after and your license will be good until 12/31/2026.

When: Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM in person.

How to Register: Go to https://learning.ussoccer.com/.


For First-Time Referees:

  • Create an account in the Learning Center.

  • Click SIGN UP and choose REGISTER AS REFEREE.

For Former Referees:

  • Log in with your email address.

  • Click FORGOT PASSWORD if needed.

  • Important: To verify the email address on file before logging in, contact SRA Lila Vasconcellos at sra@hawaiireferee.com or (808) 364-5755.

📝 Registration Steps:

  1. Log in and click REFEREE PROGRAM → REFEREE LICENSE PATHWAY.

  2. Click REGISTER FOR A COURSE.

  3. Under AVAILABLE COURSES, select LICENSES, then click FUTSAL/BEACH on the left, then click on GRASSROOTS FUTSAL.

  4. Click GO TO COURSE LIST on the right side.

  5. Under UPCOMING GRASSROOTS FUTSAL, click COURSE DETAILS (red text) for 2026 Futsal Referee Entry Course - Oahu – 4/1/26.

  6. Click PROCEED TO REGISTRATION (red box). Make sure the price package is selected, fill out the emergency contact information, and check the four (4) agreement boxes. Click PROCEED TO PAYMENT. Register and pay. Cost: $70.00.

  7. Ages 18 & older: Complete BACKGROUND SCREENING (cost is not included in registration fee).

  8. Ages 18 & older: Complete SAFESPORT TRAINING.

  9. Go to COURSES > MY COURSES > GO TO CLASSROOM > ASSIGNMENTS

  10. Complete ALL 2026 First Time Futsal Referee Module assignments (scroll down to see assignments).

  11. Attend the class on April 1, 5 PM.

  12. IMPORTANT: This is an in-person class at 808Futsal in Kapolei, which will NOT be done virtually (ZOOM). Attendance is required to complete the course. Please arrive by 4:45 PM and bring paper and pen/pencil to the class. Students who have not completed ALL 2026 First Time Futsal Referee Module assignments will NOT be allowed to participate in the class. Completion of the background check, SafeSport, and Intro to Safe and Healthy Playing Environments assignments may be done after the class. Review the materials in the Library tab.
